  • All Ages Roller Skating at Hayes Valley Playground
    Every Monday (except school holidays) 3-6pm. Local parents bring a big wagon of skates for anyone to borrow for free, from toddler size 8 on up!

  • Work n play at Manny's café

    Every Tuesday 11:30am-1:30pm. The café has a kids area. Parents read, write, or just chat while kids play

  • Parents' Circle at The Commons
    Every Saturday at 10:30am. Let’s reflect on our week in community. The Commons has a kids corner with toys and toddler jungle gym, and parents pool for high school students to play with the kids during the circle.

Kid-friendly spaces

  • AyDea Cafe

    The only cafe we know of with a permanent kids space in San Francisco, open 8am-2pm on weekdays.

  • Dogpatch Hub

    The most kid-friendly free community space in SF, open 11am-6pm Tuesday to Friday and 12am-5pm on Saturdays.
